KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 Job Summary – (Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述) · Responsible for establishing and maintaining mutual understanding and goodwill between guests and management. 负责建立和保持客人与管理层之间的相互理解和友好关系。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role) 主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作) § Maintain hygienic standards and procedures 遵守卫生规范和程序。 § Assist with the preparation of functions and service 协助职责和服务的准备工作。 § Assist with the preparation of an outlet for service 协助餐厅的服务准备工作。 § Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships 与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。 · Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled 参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议。 · Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled 参加和参与计划好的培训课程。 · Assist staff with English and western culture 就英语和西方文化对员工进行辅导。 · Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests 进行相关计划和协调工作,以确保向客人提供友好和高效的服务。 · Provide feedback from guests to F&B Manager for action 将从客人处得到的反馈向餐饮部经理汇报,以期采取相应行动。 · Assist hotel management with the TQM projects of F&B department 协助酒店管理层进行餐饮部的全面质量管理项目。
