· ensure that employees in strict accordance with the "calling guest process"  for service.

确保员工严格按照姓氏称呼客人的流程为每一位客人进行服务 。.

 

·To arrange the employee post division of labor and scheduling, and follow up the check, ensure restaurant service process correctly and effectively

安排员工岗位分工和排班,并跟进检查,确保餐厅服务流程正确、有效进行 

 

· Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for employees.

指导员工日常事务,计划与分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。

 

·Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads.

通过与其他部门领导进行日常沟通和协作促进团队协作、提高服务质量。




Your day to day

· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or relate experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。

 

· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. Leadership Skills

持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力,具有领导能力。
