• Under the direction of Director of Sales & Marketing must ensure all meetings inquiries are handled within Meetings Success standard procedures and always meet 2-hour turnaround standard. 在市场销售总监的指导下,通过会议成功标准程序,确保所有的会议要求得到管理。始终做到2小时回复客户咨询。 • Be informed on sales leads and business quoted to ensure business is maximized. At all times understand the client’s needs whilst optimising hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities or service. 了解报价的业务,确保利润最大化,始终理解客户的需求,通过收益管理以及售卖更高级的酒店设施和服务增加利润。 • Support the Hotel Sales team and Crowne Meetings team with site inspections, client entertainment, familiarisations and other events that form part of the sales and marketing revenue plan. 通过参观场地、款待客户、了解客户以及开展其它组成营销收益计划的活动来支持酒店销售团队。 Event Planning and Follow-Up 活动的筹备及跟进 • Facilitate weekly banquet meeting and conference run-down meetings. 每周为宴会与各类会议提供帮助。 • Ensure that all client requirements have been confirmed and that these details are accurately and thoroughly communicated to the hotel operation in a timely manner. 确保客户所有要求都得到确认,并且细节部分是准确的,再及时地将所有信息传达给酒店操作部门。


Your day to day

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 最好具有市场营销,酒店管理,商业管理或相关领域的学士学位或大专学历。 3年相关工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
