Notify Engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs. • 制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标。礼貌、迅速高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应,确保宾客感到非常满意。 • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Your day to day

Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management plus 5 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred. Must speak local language. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law. 酒店管理、烹饪或相关专业学士及以上学历或同等资历,5年以上相关工作经验含管理经验。必须掌握本地语 言。必须持有本地政府部门规定的证书或许可证。
