3.针对各种原材料特性及菜品能进行合理搭配，保证出台餐品的口味和质量；
4.参与新菜式的研发与制作，保持食品的新鲜度，生熟食品的存放管控；
5.配合完成每日的任务；
6.严格遵守厨房的工作安排。
