1、协助宾客的行李及行李寄存服务。
2、确保所有收到的行李与行李牌相符。
3、及时将遗失物品通知前台经理或值班经理和保安部。
4、为客人提供符合酒店标准的问询服务、租车和用车服务。
5、管理行李房，确保行李房干净、接收、存放行李和其他任何物品以及宾客的遗留物品的处理要按照正确的程序进行。
1、完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
2、中专学历或以上文化程度，能够进行基础英文对话。
