Hiring Salary: USD 67,000.00 - 85,000.00 YEARLY
We are seeking a Salesforce & AI Enablement Business Analyst to support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, Salesforce-enabled workflows, and emerging AI use cases. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on Salesforce experience, a strong interest in AI, and the ability to operate as a practical, business-focused generalist across multiple teams, initiatives, and technologies.
The successful candidate will help bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, technology partners, and AI enablement efforts. This person does not need to be a deep AI engineer or data scientist, but should be curious, proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable learning new AI concepts, tools, and capabilities quickly. They will play a key role in helping the Owner Lifecycle organization identify where AI can improve workflows, reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enhance the user experience for both corporate and owner-related roles.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong self-management, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation, use cases, user stories, and actionable recommendations.
Your Day to Day
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery partners to understand current-state processes, pain points, business needs, and desired outcomes.
- Document business requirements, functional needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, decision points, and handoffs.
- Support Salesforce-enabled initiatives by helping translate business needs into platform requirements, workflow improvements, reporting needs, and adoption support.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, duplicate data entry, user experience gaps, and opportunities for simplification.
- Assist with backlog refinement, requirements readiness, feature validation, user acceptance testing, and release/change readiness.
- Support the creation and maintenance of business documentation, including BRDs, process maps, capability summaries, stakeholder notes, training materials, and adoption guides.
- Help ensure requirements and documentation are clear, traceable, organized, and aligned to business objectives.
- Support the identification, intake, and evaluation of potential AI use cases across business processes and Salesforce-enabled workflows.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify AI opportunities, including what problem the AI capability would solve, who would use it, what data it would need, what actions it may perform, and what business value it could create.
- Help document AI use case assessments, including personas, process context, data dependencies, expected outcomes, business impact, risks, assumptions, guardrails, and success measures.
- Partner with product and technical teams to distinguish between opportunities best solved by process improvement, automation, reporting, AI assistance, or agentic workflow capabilities.
- Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities, especially those relevant to Salesforce, Agentforce, CRM workflows, automation, knowledge management, analytics, and business productivity.
- Support AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, workshops, demos, and feedback sessions by preparing materials, capturing decisions, documenting learnings, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Promote responsible and practical AI adoption by helping teams think through data quality, access, privacy, human review, governance, change management, and adoption considerations.
- Grounding: Help identify, curate, and validate approved knowledge sources and business context so agent responses are accurate, relevant, current, and traceable.
- Guardrailing: Define and document permitted behaviors, scope boundaries, access requirements, escalation paths, and human-review needs with business, technical, and governance partners.
- Tuning: Support iterative refinement of agent instructions, topics, actions, and knowledge retrieval using test results, user feedback, and observed failure patterns.
- Testing and monitoring: Maintain representative test scenarios and expected outcomes; validate response accuracy, groundedness, guardrail adherence, and task completion before releases and through ongoing monitoring.
- Facilitate or support working sessions with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm process understanding, and align on decisions.
- Communicate complex topics in a clear, business-friendly manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare concise summaries, meeting notes, decision logs, action items, and stakeholder-ready documentation.
- Proactively follow up on open questions, dependencies, blockers, and required inputs.
- Build strong working relationships across product, business, technology, data, change management, training, and vendor/partner teams.
- Help ensure stakeholders understand what is being delivered, why it matters, how it will work, and what decisions or actions are needed from them.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, organization, and follow-through.
- Manage multiple workstreams, priorities, meetings, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, unclear requirements, and areas requiring stakeholder alignment.
- Continuously learn new tools, business processes, Salesforce capabilities, and AI concepts.
- Bring a process improvement mindset to every initiative, looking for ways to make work clearer, simpler, faster, and more scalable.
- Maintain organized documentation, requirement logs, action trackers, and traceability between source discussions, decisions, and final outputs.
