The Crowne Meetings Events Executive will be responsible for delivering the guest experience from event planning, to handling customer requirements during meetings, to post-event follow-up with customers. Key to this role is developing expertise in understanding sector/account needs, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving incremental revenue to the hotel.
Degree or Diploma, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in meeting planning. Relevant experience in the service industry would be an advantage. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
