Hiring Salary: 7000 - 8000
1、在前厅部经理的直接领导下，负责整个前台的正常运作;
2、负责重要宾客的迎领工作;
3、负责酒店前台的接待和管理工作，确保前厅服务设施处于完好状态;
4、督导下属部门主管，委派工作任务，明确岗位责任，随时调整工作部署;
5、保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。
1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上;
2、熟悉酒店前台的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神;
3、有较强的协调管理能力。
