Reporting to the General Manager, the Rooms Division Manager will be a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee, responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining Crowne Plaza brand standards and driving the operational and financial performance of the Rooms Division.

The successful candidate will combine strong operational expertise with visible leadership, sound commercial judgment and a genuine passion for developing high-performing teams.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service, cleanliness, presentation and operational efficiency.

• Lead, coach and develop departmental leaders and colleagues, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Monitor guest feedback, quality scores and operational performance, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

• Prepare, manage and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, payroll and operating expenses.

• Contribute actively to the hotel’s overall business strategy and Executive Committee decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.

• Significant progressive experience in Rooms Division operations, including leadership responsibility within Front Office and Housekeeping.

• Previous experience in an upscale or internationally branded hotel or resort.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop diverse teams.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operating systems and rooms-related performance indicators.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Previous IHG experience would be an advantage.
