1.关注宴会时间，日期，地点，客人人数的改变，安排员工服务；
2.负责所有座位安排表，保证餐前准备的充分，提前检查管事部的准备工作；
3.协助其助手或员工摆台，清洁；
4.负责重要人物的宴会，密切注意他们的任何需要；
5.负责宴会厅厨房的正常运作，与行政总厨联系以确保出品；
6.在宴会后确认所有的宴会帐单已经结清并显示在帐目上。
1.行政管理、市场营销及相关专业；
2.1年以上酒店会务相关工作经验，有大型会务活动协调实战工作经验；
3.具有良好的相关社会资源及服务商体系；
4.具有较强的社交和业务开拓能力，公关能力强；
5.具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力；
6.优秀的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力。
