确保所有的餐饮设施和储藏室运行情况良好、定期清洁
对所有在餐厅运营中制备和销售的菜品进行精确的成本核算、记录并及时更新
身强体健——有时您需要抬起或推/拉50磅（23公斤）的大件物品，并可能需要弯腰和双膝着地
能读会写——您需要掌握良好的阅读、写作技能和基本数学知识
