• Translates operating forecasts into material requirements plans and thereby determines standard stock and re-order levels with Department Heads and Management

• Processes purchase requests from departments

• Obtains competitive quotations and bids

• Posts orders to inventory module and produces purchase order for receiver to match against goods received
将定单录入存货系统，并按收到的货物为收货方生成采购订单。
• Place approved orders
执行已批准的订单。
• Establishes standard purchasing specifications
编制标准的采购规范。
• Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly

• Supervises the hotels print shop to ensure timely and economical production of printed material
监督酒店的印刷品供应商，确保物美价廉且能够按时交货。
• Ensures that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and Accountant

• Conduct quotation and bidding process according to purchasing policy.

• Conduct annual suppliers qualification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Purchasing Management or related field.
具有物资，采购管理或相关领域学士学位。
• 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
• Familiar with the entire procurement process and the logic of supply chain operations; proficient in operating mainstream ERP systems
熟悉采购全流程及供应链运作逻辑，掌握主流ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle、用友等）操作。
• Possesses strong business negotiation skills, cost analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments; capable of independently managing complex procurement projects
具备良好的商务谈判能力、成本分析能力及跨部门协同能力，能独立处理复杂采购项目。
• Possesses strong logical thinking, data analysis skills, and risk awareness; is meticulous and highly responsible; and has the ability to handle pressure.
具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析能力和风险识别意识，工作严谨、责任心强，具备一定抗压能力。
