1、完成日常饼房运营管理工作，确保出品质量和食品安全标准。
2、负责西点、慕斯、巧克力等甜品的制作与创新，定期研发符合酒店定位的新产品。
3、监督饼房员工操作规范，指导初级员工提升专业技能。
4、管理饼房原料库存，控制成本并减少浪费。
5、维护饼房设备清洁及保养，确保符合卫生安全标准。
6、配合宴会及餐饮部门完成大型活动、节假日的甜品供应需求。
1、具备扎实的西点、甜品制作技能，熟悉各类烘焙工艺及原料特性。
2、能独立完成饼房日常工作安排，具备基础管理协调能力。
3、对食品安全及卫生标准有严格要求，持有健康证。
4、工作细致耐心，能适应酒店行业弹性工作时间。
5、有团队合作意识，善于沟通并指导团队成员。
6、有星级酒店及同等级岗位的饼房工作经验者优先。
