Engineering Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Coordination: Track maintenance requests, preventative programs, and liaise with contractors.
Admin & Documentation: Organize engineering permits, blueprints, and process vendor invoices.
Reporting & Inventory: Prepare daily/monthly utility reports and monitor engineering stock.
Team Logistics: Manage rosters, attendance, and leave requests for the engineering team.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities strictly align with IHG health and safety policies.
