We are currently recruiting for a full time HR Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.
As an HR Coordinator, you must present a positive and professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and high standards. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department and assist in delivering an efficient and professional HR service to all colleagues. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Support the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative and operational HR activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new colleagues, including preparation of documents, induction schedules and employee files.
- Assist with preparing employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, certificates and other HR-related correspondence.
- Monitor employee documentation including passport, visa, Emirates ID, medical insurance and other required records, and follow up on renewals where necessary.
- Update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information and maintain confidentiality of all employee records.
- Assist with colleague attendance, leave records, payroll-related documentation and other employee administration as required.
- Coordinate colleague engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs and internal HR events.
- Support the organization of training sessions, inductions and learning and development activities.
- Respond to colleague inquiries professionally and provide appropriate information regarding HR policies, procedures and employee services.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding recruitment, documentation, attendance, employee movements and other HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, presentations and documentation as requested by the Human Resources Manager.
- Assist with employee exit procedures including clearance documentation, exit interviews and final employee records.
- Ensure all HR activities are carried out in compliance with company standards, hotel policies and applicable local employment regulations.
- Maintain a professional, approachable and confidential manner when dealing with colleagues and sensitive employee information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Human Resources or administrative role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and related HR software preferable.
