Role Purpose

Manager New Hotels Openings is based in Gurgaon will work together with the owning companies as the projects are moving through the pre- opening process. This includes an orientation to the owning company on IHG ways of working, project kick-off meetings, development of the pre-opening budget and regular catchups to ensure the projects are moving

Key Accountabilities

Provide strategic oversight for multiple hotel openings across Southwest Asia
Forecasting accuracy management of opening dates
Coach and Mentor opening GM’s and Project Leads
Be the main point of contact with project team and ownership.
Work closely with Design and Engineering team on project updates and progress, support in escalating any potential risks to ownership.
Liaise with core team and key functions to ensure all pre-opening tasks are completed in timely manner toward opening date.
Ensure all pre-opening milestones are completed according to agreed timeline.
Ensure all post-opening milestones are completed
Ensure Owners Portal and one force systems are up to date.
Communicate on regular basis projects updates, progress and accomplished points.
Ensure all governance, licenses and insurances are fully compliant before opening in line with HMA or FLA.

Key Skills & Experiences

Educational Attainment:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hotel Management
