The Senior Specialist, Growth Performance & Strategic Support, plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the Hotel Lifecycle Group (HLG). This position supports leadership in advancing growth priorities, strengthening organizational performance, enabling change management, and building scalable data-driven solutions across the full hotel lifecycle.
The role will act as a key contributor in leveraging AI technologies, analytics, and emerging digital tools to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and support the successful delivery of hotel development, pre-opening, and operational initiatives.
Your day to day
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
• support change management initiatives across HLG, ensuring effective adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Promote best practices and encourage innovative approaches to improve team effectiveness and collaboration.
Data Management & Business Intelligence
• Build and manage a consolidated data foundation covering both opened and pipeline hotels.
• Maintain data governance standards, improve data quality, and ensure consistency across platforms and reporting systems.
• Develop dashboards, performance reports, and analytical tools to provide transparency into key business metrics and project performance.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights that support leadership decision-making.
AI, Automation & Digital Transformation
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and technologies across HLG functions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications for project management, reporting, workflow optimization, and knowledge management.
• Serve as a change champion in helping teams embrace digital and AI-driven ways of working.
Project Management Tools & Technology Enablement
• Support the development, enhancement, and rollout of project management systems and digital platforms across the hotel lifecycle.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate with technology partners, and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions.
• Monitor system adoption and continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure tools and processes support compliance, governance, and business reporting requirements.
What we need from you
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer science related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business requirements analysis, digital transformation, system operations, AI enablement, or related fields.
• Experience driving process improvement, system implementation, or organizational change initiatives.
• Prior experience within hospitality, hotel development, project management, or related industries is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with data modeling, dashboard development, and performance analytics.
• Understanding of AI applications, automation tools, large language models (LLMs), and digital productivity platforms.
• Experience working with project management systems and workflow tools.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Curiosity and learning agility in adopting emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
