1.酒店管理或相关专业大专及以上学历，2年以上国际联号同等经验。
2.精通国际联号品牌西餐厅服务标准和管理流程，善于处理各类客人的实际问题。
3.具有对市场敏锐的洞察力和快速反应能力，对营销策略有强有力的执行能力。
4.具有高度的事业心和责任感、良好的职业道德和纪律修养。
5.具有较熟练的英语口语能力，良好的中英文书面沟通能力、计算机办公软件操作能力。
6.具有较强的语言表达能力、领导能力，善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工工作。
