1、协助负责冷厨部门的日常运营和管理，确保食品准备和出品符合酒店标准；
2、协助监督冷厨团队的工作流程，包括沙拉、冷盘、开胃菜等冷食的制作与摆盘；
3、确保所有冷厨食品的卫生、安全及质量符合酒店及行业标准；
4、协助制定冷厨菜单，并根据季节或活动需求调整菜品；
5、协助管理冷厨食材的库存，控制成本并减少浪费；
6、培训并指导冷厨团队成员，提升其专业技能和工作效率；
7、与其他厨房部门协调，确保整体厨房运营顺畅；
8、定期检查冷厨设备，确保其正常运行并及时报修维护。
1、具备冷厨相关工作3年以上经验，熟悉冷食制作工艺及摆盘技巧；
2、了解食品安全与卫生标准
3、具备团队管理能力，能够有效协调和指导团队成员；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；
