Full proficiency in International Patisserie including bread and pastries, chocolate showpieces, sugar show pieces, boulangerie, cakes, entremets, petit fours, ice cream, cream-based deserts and vegan desserts.

Qualifications –
学历
High school Diploma or an equivalent vocational degree which was obtained by an accredited school, university or college.

Experience –

Total 10 years working experience or more in the hospitality industry with a minimum of 2 years in a higher leadership role in an international 5-star hotel or recognized fine dining restaurant
