DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

FINANCIAL RETURNS

  • Drive promotions to increase customer covers, enhance brand exposure, and maximise revenue.

  • Utilise social, digital, and PR channels to  maximize the exposure of all F&B outlets and support revenue-driving promotional activities.

 

GENERAL

  • Develop annual and seasonal F&B marketing strategies and campaign calendars in collaboration

          with F&B Operations, Culinary, Revenue, and Marketing teams.

  • Act as a key liaison between the Food & Beverage division and the Marketing & Communications 
         team, ensuring alignment of marketing activities with business priorities and revenue objectives.

  • Prepare, coordinate and facilitate regular F&B Marketing Meetings, including agenda preparation,
         activity updates and follow-up actions.

  • Coordinate regular eDM distribution through internal databases and TableCheck platforms in 
           collaboration with F&B senior leadership and the revenue team to drive reservations and maximize
           revenue opportunities for targeted business periods and promotional activities.

  • Support F&B photo shootings led by the Brand Marketing team by coordinating outlet operations    and providing F&B-focused creative input such as mood boards, menu presentation ideas and     styling direction.

 

DISTRIBUTION & ONLINE CHANNELS

  • Constantly research new developing channels and review potential business opportunities.

  • Develop and review content and photography assets from a marketing perspective in collaboration with relevant teams to support F&B promotions and online visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and promotional campaigns on a regular basis, and support the review of marketing and distribution channel performance.

  • Develops special sales calendars for time sales and special sales activities in coordination with F&B Revenue to increase online activities during low business periods.

  • Participate in regular meetings with third-party bookings, distribution, and platform partners.

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

  • Coordinate with the social media team to promote F&B offerings through local market-focused

          content and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop monthly social media activity calendars and

          seasonal promotional content.

  • Provide F&B-focused creative input including menu highlights, storytelling angles and promotional           ideas to enhance engagement and drive covers.

  • Support social media video shootings and content creation in coordination with the Digital Marketing      team and external agency / creators.

 

WEBSITE & DIRECT BOOKINGS

  • Works with team and in cooperation with DOFB, to ensure direct booking offerings, changes pricing and offering according to promotional plans are updated within a timely manner.

  • Review and maintain the accuracy of content, promotional offers, and booking information on direct booking platforms, including TableCheck.

  • Identify and develop strategic collaborations and partnership opportunities that enhance brand awareness, attract new audiences and drive revenue opportunities for F&B outlets.

  • Collaborates with DOFB to assist promotions with key partners / vendors (i.e Brochures, Flyer, Websites etc.)

 

PARTNERSHIP MARKETING 

 

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE

  • Work closely with F&B Revenue and leadership teams to monitor outlet performance, reservations, 
         covers and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and customer      
         acquisition.

  • Analyse campaign performance, guest feedback and market trends, and provide recommendations 
         to support future marketing initiatives and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:

  • Good communications and writing skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 

  • Knowledge of online, social media, and digital marketing channels

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand business and revenue objectives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented.

  • Creative thinking and content development capabilities.

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or luxury brand marketing.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reservation systems, and digital marketing analytics.

  • Understanding of revenue management principles and commercial planning.
