We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of the hotel. Someone who takes pride in the details, brings calm authority to a busy shift, and understands that a well-maintained property is what allows every other part of the guest experience to come through.

HOW YOU'LL HELP US ACHIEVE OUR GOALS

The condition of the hotel shapes how it is experienced. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and support the Maintenance team in the upkeep of guest rooms and hotel facilities.

Your day-to-day will include overseeing planned preventative maintenance, and coordinating and supporting repairs across patch and paint, plumbing, tiling, flooring and cabinetry, ensuring every piece of work is completed to a high standard.

You will prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and ensure the hotel operates at its best across all areas, including public spaces such as the pool. With a strong eye for detail, you will bring a guest-first mindset to the team while driving efficiency and consistency in how work gets done.

You will join a team that takes pride in the quality of the experience it delivers, day in and day out. As the leader of the Maintenance team, you will guide, mentor and support your colleagues, helping build a considered, high-performing team culture.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role — someone who leads from the front and brings their own perspective to how the work gets done.

This is a hands-on role. Physical fitness is essential, along with a willingness to support the team on the tools when required.
