Hiring Salary: 4000 - 4500
1. 负责员工入职、转正、异动、离职等全流程人事手续办理及档案管理；
2. 协助开展招聘支持工作，包括简历初步筛选、面试安排、录用通知发放及入职材料收集；
3. 维护更新员工花名册、劳动合同台账及人事系统基础数据，确保信息准确、及时；
4. 协助宿舍管理；
5. 协助组织员工关系相关活动，如试用期沟通、员工关怀事项跟进等；
6. 整理归档人事类文件资料，保障文档合规性与可追溯性。
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 具备1年人力资源岗位实操经验，熟悉人事基础模块操作流程；
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件（尤其Excel数据处理及Word文档排版），具备基本的人事信息系统操作能力；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识与责任心，能细致高效地处理多线程事务；
5. 具备基础的劳动法律法规常识，理解政策要点。
