作为工程总监，您将指导酒店的工程/维护工作，确保酒店客人和团队成员的安全和舒适——确保所有活动都安全、合规地进行。激励和培训您的团队，使酒店始终保持最佳状态。
1、具备全面的酒店工程专业知识，熟悉暖通、强弱电、给排水、消防、电梯等系统原理及维护要求。 奢华品牌酒店工作经验优先。
2、拥有丰富的工程团队管理经验，能有效组织、激励并指导团队成员完成各项任务。
3、较强的故障分析及应急处置能力，能快速定位问题并制定解决方案。
4、熟悉酒店节能管理方法，具备成本控制意识。
5、良好的沟通协调能力，能与内外各部门及政府机构有效对接。
6、责任心强，工作严谨细致，具备较强的抗压能力及服务意识。
7、持有相关工程执业资格证书（如电工证、特种设备管理证等）者优先考虑。
