1.通过定期回顾政策与安全程序，来确保遵守所有法定规定和消防规范。确保根据要求和需要实施法定机构规定机房需要进行的所有测试和检测，并妥善保存和/或展示与这些测试和检测相关的所有记录和文档。确保酒店符合所有法规要求。
2.与建筑师、室内设计师和管理层联络，通过实施升级和工程工作，维护酒店实物资产的状态。通过积极参加酒店的质量保证计划，帮助实现酒店内部高标准的质量控制。
3.确保酒店员工及外部承包员工完成的所有工作的质量均符合良好工程操作的标准。
4.向高级管理层提供维修支持、环境控制以及物业运营效率等各方面的建议。
5.展示对IHG个人防护装备（PPE）政策与程序的认识，确保安全地实施所有的程序并符合PPE指导准则，并确保你的直接下属同样如此。
6.具备谨慎责任意识，并遵守各种与工作场所的健康与安全相关的IHG政策与程序
7.熟悉物业安全、急救和消防及应急程序，安全、合理地操作设备
8.确保机房和设备在任何时候均100%可用。如果发生故障，确保毫不延迟地实施必要的维修。
