1、负责楼层日常运营管理，监督服务流程执行，确保工作环境安全、整洁及符合公司标准。
2、处理客户咨询、投诉及突发事件，及时协调资源解决问题，维护客户满意度与品牌形象。
3、协助制定并执行楼层工作计划，优化服务流程，推动业绩目标达成。
1、高中及以上学历，具备服务行业或物业管理相关领域基础知识。
2、1年以上酒店、商场或办公场所基层管理经验，熟悉现场运营流程。
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队领导力，能有效处理多任务场景。
4、熟练使用基础办公软件，如Word、Excel，具备基本的数据记录与分析能力。
