1. 负责酒店财务核算体系的建立与完善，确保财务数据准确、及时。
2. 编制财务报表并定期开展财务分析，为管理层提供决策支持。
3. 监督酒店日常财务收支，审核费用报销及资金支付。
4. 负责税务申报及税务筹划，确保合规并优化税务成本。
5. 协调与银行、税务、审计等外部机构的关系，维护良好合作。
6. 参与酒店预算编制及执行监控，确保预算目标达成。
7. 指导并监督财务团队日常工作，提升团队专业能力。
1. 具备完全代表酒店、品牌及公司与顾客、员工和第三方交往的能力。
2. 熟练使用微软办公软件。
3. 具备解决问题、推理、号召、组织及培训能力。
4. 具备良好的写作技能。
5. 具有会计、财务、商业管理或相关专业学士学位或毕业证书。
6. 3年酒店会计或审计经验，含管理经验，或同等教育背景与相关工作经验组合。
