1. 全面负责部门日常运作和经营活动的监督、计划、管理和协调工作。
2. 管理酒店的餐饮运营，确保成功建立餐饮品质和宾客服务质量标准，完成部门的收入和利润目标。
3. 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其他适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
4. 参与部门预算与财务计划，监控预算并控制食品、酒水及人力成本。
5. 处理员工日常事务，分配工作并设定发展目标，提供培训、辅导与绩效反馈。
6. 与其他部门沟通协作，确保餐饮场所及设施设备整洁完好，及时报修。
7. 制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标，高效响应宾客问题与投诉。
8. 按照集团指导纲要制定菜单、酒水单及采购标准，策划全年餐饮促销活动并跟踪行业趋势。
1. 具备与顾客、员工及第三方高效交往的能力，能代表酒店、品牌及公司形象。
2. 了解餐饮服务与市场趋势。
3. 具备解决问题、推理、号召、组织及培训能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通与写作技能。
5. 酒店管理、餐饮或相关专业大专学历。
6. 5年相关工作经验，含管理经验，或同等教育背景与经验组合。
