1. 全面统筹前厅、客房等房务板块的运营管理，确保服务标准与品牌定位一致。
2. 制定并推动房务部战略落地，围绕品牌目标客群需求，提升营收与部门整体业绩。
3. 确保前厅、客房及公共区域的服务呈现与品牌定位一致，将品牌服务承诺落实到日常运营细节中。
4. 推动绩效、预算及团队目标的达成与超越。
5. 督导宾客关系团队高效处理宾客问题，维护酒店权益并提升宾客满意度，并基于宾客反馈数据制定改进方案，持续提升满意度表现。
6. 负责VIP及重要宾客的接待安排，妥善处理宾客投诉，持续提升客户满意度。
7. 监督制度与流程执行，定期开展审计与检查，发现问题及时跟进整改。
8. 关注内外部财务指标，分析经营数据，支持合理投资与战略部署。
9. 通过成本效益评估、新业务机会拓展等方式提升利润，平衡收益与服务满意度。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 同等岗位5年以上经验。
3. 精通前厅与客房全流程运营管理，具备出色的客户关系处理与成本控制能力。
4. 具备较强的团队管理能力与跨部门沟通协调能力。
5. 具备出色的沟通与社交能力，注重细节，具备优秀的组织与计划能力。
