处理各类预订请求，包括电话、邮件、OTA平台等渠道的预订
维护和更新预订系统，确保信息准确无误
协调前台、客房等部门，确保客人需求得到及时响应
分析预订数据，为管理层提供运营建议
处理客户投诉及特殊需求，提升客户满意度
培训并指导预订员，提升团队业务能力
大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
具备较强的抗压能力和多任务处理能力。
具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够提高酒店客房预订率。
具有销售业务谈判能力，能合理调配酒店产品，分清先后，实现客房销售目标。
具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。
能够督导团队成员的预订工作，指导下级提高电话销售能力。
能熟练使用酒店管理系统及办公软件。
