Catering：
全面负责宴会和会议，展示会等的推销、预订工作
制定宴会销售的市场推销计划、简历并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准，制定宴会销售部规章制度并指挥实施
参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作
安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作
建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段
与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格
与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合
定期对下属进行绩效评估，按奖惩制度实施奖惩，并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质
Corp：
根据部门总监制定的销售计划，具体执行争取商务、散客的销售工作
掌握本地区及国内外商务、散客市场动态，定期向部门总监提出销售调研报告
研究市场，预测商情，及时掌握市场动向，协助销售总监做好促销计划
制定、修改和审核有关报价信、合同及推销信件。认真做好商务、散客档案资料管理工作
负责以销售主管的业务培训工作
定期进出销售计划中所负责部分的执行情况报告，并对计划执行中存在的问题提出意见
按计划走访客户，了解客户对酒店的意见，增强与宾客的的沟通，建立良好的客户关系
具有大专以上文凭，积极、自信、为人亲切
具有2年以上相关岗位工作经验熟悉青岛本地市场
具有市场调查和预测能力及时掌握市场动态并综合分析
及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议
具备良好沟通能力和优秀的英文听读说写能力
