Your day to day 日常职责
1.Manages all functions of the Conference and Banquet operations to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets.
管理会议和宴会运营的各项工作，完成部门预算。
2.Conducts sales visits, telephone calls, writes letters, sends emails and extends invitations to clients to visit the hotel.
进行销售拜访，电话销售，书信，电子邮件销售以及邀请客户参观酒店的工作。
3.Develop and maintain contact with business generations, meeting and convention planners, wedding agency, travel agents, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to hotel business.
同酒店业务有关的业务供应商，会议策划人，婚庆公司，旅行代理，旅游运营商，航空公司，公司客户，政府部门和其它客源保持和发展密切的关系。
4.Assist in the co-ordination of conference sales/promotional events and activities
协助协调会议销售和促销活动等工作。
5.Works with DOE in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
和宴会销售总监一起编制和管理部门预算

1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

3.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
精通微软办公软件
4.Good writing skills
良好的写作技能
5.High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
具备熟练的英语，中文口语书写能力
6.Above 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3年以上相关工作经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
