Hiring Salary: 3500 - 3800
1、按标准配方与流程制作西式热菜，保证口感、颜值与出品效率；
2、负责食材预处理、切配、烹饪全流程操作，严格把控食材新鲜度与用量；
3、维护个人工作区域清洁，做好厨具、设备的日常清洁与保养；
4、遵守食品安全与卫生规范，杜绝违规操作；
5、配合厨房主管完成排班任务，协助食材盘点与损耗控制。
1.一年以上西厨热菜实操经验，熟悉西式菜品烹饪技巧与食材处理；
2.能适应餐期高峰期工作节奏，执行力强，注重细节；
3.遵守厨房规章制度，具备基础食品安全意识，团队协作良好。
