Guest service Associate

At Crowne Plaza, we believe in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for a passionate and service-oriented F&B Associate who takes pride in providing excellent food and beverage service. You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, professional, and seamless dining experience.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Delivering exceptional service – welcoming guests warmly, understanding their needs, and providing attentive and professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Creating memorable experiences – taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving dishes and beverages according to hotel standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Working as one team – coordinating with the kitchen, bar, banquet, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintaining high standards – ensuring the restaurant, banquet areas, and service stations are clean, organised, and ready for service.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards – adhering to hotel procedures, maintaining personal hygiene, and ensuring safe food and beverage handling practices.
• Supporting daily operations – assisting with table setup, mise-en-place, buffet arrangements, event service, and billing procedures as required.

• Handling guest feedback – responding to guest requests courteously and informing the supervisor or 

   

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage; freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain attention to detail during busy service periods.
• Good command of English and the local language.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
