ホテルを利用されるお客様に対し、館内施設や周辺観光情報のご案内、各種予約・手配、特別なご要望への対応などを行い、快適で思い出に残る滞在をサポートするお仕事です。お客様一人ひとりのニーズに寄り添い、きめ細やかなサービスを提供することで、ホテルの満足度向上に貢献していただきます。

Job Summary
As a Concierge, you will support hotel guests by providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, arranging reservations and services, and responding to special requests to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
By understanding and anticipating each guest's individual needs, you will deliver personalized and attentive service, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
- Arrange restaurant reservations, activities, tours, and transportation services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- Assist VIP guests and long-stay guests with personalized services
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Deliver outstanding service to both domestic and international guests
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- revious experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Japanese and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
