1.负责前台日常运营，监督指导员工执行入住登记、退房结算、房态管理等标准流程；
2.核查当日抵店客户信息，确保准确传达至相关部门；
3.检查房态差异及维修房状态，与预订、销售保持沟通，确保房价、促销及OTA信息同步；
4.监督各类账务处理合规准确，审核相关报表；
5.负责前台员工排班、现场督导、在岗培训及绩效评估；
6.处理宾客投诉及需求，维护良好客户关系，提升服务满意度。
1.大专以上学历，有前台3年以上工作经验。
2.有良好的领导力及执行力，工作认真负责，作风正派。
3.熟练掌握前台及宾客关系工作的各个环节和程序。
4.身体健康，品貌端正。
5.善于同宾客交往、沟通，周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
