1、负责西饼房日常运营工作，包括面包、蛋糕、甜点等西式糕点的制作与出品
2、根据标准配方和工艺流程完成各类西点产品的生产制作
3、确保食品卫生安全，严格执行厨房卫生管理制度和操作规范
4、负责西饼房设备工具的日常维护与保养
5、控制原材料成本，合理使用食材避免浪费
6、参与新产品研发，根据季节变化调整产品种类
7、保持工作区域整洁有序，符合食品卫生安全标准
1、具备西式面点制作基础技能，了解各类西点制作工艺
2、熟悉食品安全知识，持有健康证
3、能够适应早晚班工作制，节假日需轮班
4、工作细致认真，有责任心和团队合作精神
5、有酒店西饼房工作经验者优先考虑
6、具备基础厨房设备操作能力
7、对西点制作有热情，愿意学习新技术和新产品
