Your Day to Day
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign duties to team members.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Follow up on guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and stock.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
