Develop and implement sales strategies for the MICE market to achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการโรงแรม การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or MICE segment
มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายโรงแรมหรือกลุ่ม MICE อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Existing MICE client network is an advantage

Good command of English (spoken and written)
