ナイト・F&Bゲストサービスエージェントは、主に**インルームダイニング（ルームサービス）**を担当し、お料理やお飲み物の提供、ゲスト対応などを通じて、上質な宿泊体験をお届けするお仕事です。

主な業務

• インルームダイニング（ルームサービス）の注文受付・配達
• お料理・お飲み物の準備および提供
• ゲストからのお問い合わせやリクエストへの対応
• ルームサービストレーや備品の回収
• 深夜帯の営業準備・片付け
• 衛生管理・清掃・食品安全基準の遵守
• 在庫管理のサポート
• キッチンやフロントオフィスなど他部署との連携
• インターコンチネンタルブランドならではのサービスを提供

Overnight F&B Guest Service Agent (In-Room Dining)

About the role

Join our Food & Beverage team and help create memorable experiences for our guests, even while the city sleeps.

As an Overnight F&B Guest Service Agent, you'll primarily provide In-Room Dining (Room Service) during the overnight shift. From delivering meals to responding to guest requests, you'll ensure every guest receives warm, professional, and efficient service.

What you'll do

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms
• Take and process In-Room Dining orders accurately
• Prepare and set up room service trays and trolleys
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
• Complete overnight closing and preparation duties
• Support inventory control and follow food safety standards
• Work closely with the Culinary and Front Office teams
• Create a welcoming and memorable guest experience

What we're looking for

• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Able to work independently during overnight shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous Food & Beverage or hotel experience is an advantage, but not required
