1. 负责西厨房冷菜的出品及监督工作。
2. 按照下达的任务单，组织厨师制作各种菜品。
3. 检查本组员工仪容仪表及个人卫生。
4. 注重质量，严格把好菜品制作质量关。
5. 协助厨师长拟定成本及控制毛利率。
6. 提出新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。
7. 负责本组员工的考勤工作。
8. 根据员工特点搞好技术指导和业务培训。
9. 完成厨师长交派的其他工作。
1.中专学历以上。
2.具有西厨房相关管理工作经验3年以上。
3.有一定的创新意识 。
