1.全面统筹人力资源规划与体系建设，制定并落实年度人力资源工作计划，支撑酒店业务发展需求。
2.主导招聘全流程管理，包括岗位需求分析、人才发展、多渠道招聘实施及关键岗位人才引进。
3.负责员工关系管理，完善入职、转正、调动、离职等全周期流程，及时处理劳动关系相关事务，防范用工风险。
4.组织开展绩效管理体系优化与落地执行，协同业务部门推进目标设定、过程辅导、考核评估与结果应用。
5.牵头薪酬福利体系设计与动态调整，确保内部公平性与外部竞争力，完成薪酬核算、社保公积金等日常运营工作。
6.推动培训发展体系搭建，识别组织能力缺口，策划并实施管理梯队培养、专业能力提升等重点项目。
7.指导并赋能HR团队，持续提升模块专业化水平与跨部门协作效率，推动HR数字化工具有效应用。
1.大专及以上学历；具备5年以上人力资源全模块实操经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验。
2.熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规，具备扎实的招聘、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等模块操作能力。
3.具备优秀的沟通协调与跨部门推动力，能独立主导复杂项目落地；具备基础数据分析能力。
4.具有较强的责任心和抗压能力
