1. 全面负责全日餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务质量监督、食品安全管控及顾客满意度提升；
2. 制定并执行餐厅月度经营计划，统筹成本控制、营收分析与业绩目标达成；
3. 主导员工培训与团队建设，持续提升服务标准与团队专业能力；
4. 协调厨房、前厅及后勤部门协作，确保运营流程高效顺畅；
5. 处理客户投诉与突发状况，维护品牌形象与现场秩序。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上高端酒店或知名连锁餐饮企业全日餐厅管理经验，其中至少2年担任主管及以上管理岗位；
3. 熟悉餐饮服务全流程标准及食品安全法规，具备较强的现场管理与应急处理能力；
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队领导力及客户服务意识；
5. 能熟练使用办公软件及主流餐饮管理系统（如Opera、Micros等）。
