3、较强的故障分析及应急处置能力，能快速定位问题并制定解决方案。
4、熟悉酒店节能管理方法，具备成本控制意识。
5、良好的沟通协调能力，能与内外各部门及政府机构有效对接。
6、责任心强，工作严谨细致，具备较强的抗压能力及服务意识。
7、持有相关工程执业资格证书（如电工证、特种设备管理证等）者优先考虑。
