雲海」は、都会の喧騒を忘れさせる、四季折々の美しい日本庭園を望む日本料理レストランです。
落ち着いた趣のある店内では、伝統的な会席料理をはじめ、器、素材、盛り付け、味わいに至るまで細部にこだわった季節の料理をご提供しています。

≪主な仕事内容≫
・日本料理「雲海」における料理、ドリンクのサービス
・お客様のご案内、オーダーテイク
・会席料理に合わせた料理提供およびサービス
・お客様からのご要望への対応
・テーブルセッティング、片付け
・予約内容の確認・管理
・レストラン内の衛生管理、環境整備
・その他、店舗運営に関わる業務

We are currently recruiting service staff for ‘Unkai’, a Japanese restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo.
‘Unkai’ is a Japanese restaurant offering views of a beautiful Japanese garden that changes with the seasons, allowing guests to forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
In the restaurant’s calm and elegant interior, we serve traditional kaiseki cuisine as well as seasonal dishes, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect—from the tableware and ingredients to the presentation and flavour.
A major attraction of working at ‘Unkai’ is the opportunity to practise ‘Japanese hospitality’ (wa no omotenashi), serving each and every guest with wholehearted dedication whilst cherishing the traditions of Japanese cuisine.
≪Main Responsibilities≫
・Serving food and drinks at the Japanese restaurant ‘Unkai’
・Guiding guests and taking orders
・Serving dishes in accordance with the kaiseki menu
・Responding to guests’ requests
・Setting and clearing tables
・Confirming and managing reservations
・Maintaining hygiene and tidiness within the restaurant
・Other duties related to restaurant operations
At ‘Unkai’, we place great importance not only on serving food, but also on conveying the culture of Japanese cuisine, a sense of the seasons, and the unique Japanese spirit of hospitality to our guests.
As we welcome not only domestic guests but also many visitors from overseas,

‘convey the appeal of Japanese culture and cuisine to international guests’.
Furthermore, through serving kaiseki cuisine, you will be able to enhance your expertise as a Japanese cuisine service staff member, gaining not only knowledge of the cuisine itself but also an understanding of the tableware, ingredients, seasonal elements and etiquette that accompany each dish.
We welcome not only those wishing to further develop the service experience they have gained in hotels or Japanese restaurants, but also those with an interest in Japanese cuisine and culture who wish to learn authentic Japanese dining service from scratch.
