コンシェルジュは、ホテルの施設やサービスをご案内するだけではなく、レストランのご予約、観光スポットのご紹介、交通手段の手配、ビジネスに関するサポートなど、お客様一人ひとりのご希望に寄り添い、滞在をより快適で思い出深いものにする仕事です。
「お客様のために何ができるか」を考え、時にはホテル内のさまざまな部署や外部の施設・サービスとも連携しながら、ご要望の実現に向けて対応していただきます。
海外からのお客様も多いインターナショナルな環境のため、英語などの語学力や異文化への理解を活かして働きたい方にもぴったりのポジションです。

・ホテル内の施設、サービスに関するご案内
・レストラン、バー等の予約・手配
・観光スポット、ショッピング、エンターテインメント等の情報提供
・交通機関、観光・旅行に関する各種手配
・医療機関等に関する情報提供・サポート
・ビジネスに関する各種サポート
・ゲストからの特別なリクエストへの対応
・VIP、リピーターゲストへのパーソナルなサービス提供
・各部署および外部パートナーとの連携
・その他、付随する業務全般

≪応募資格≫
・ホテル宿泊部門経験者（1年以上）
・コンシェルジュ業務経験者優遇
・正しい日本語と英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方
≪Main Responsibilities≫
・Providing information on the hotel’s facilities and services
・Making reservations and arrangements for restaurants, bars, etc.
・Providing information on tourist attractions, shopping and entertainment
・Making various arrangements regarding transport, sightseeing and travel
・Providing information and support regarding medical facilities, etc.
・Providing various forms of business support
・Responding to special requests from guests
・Providing personalised service to VIPs and returning guests
・Collaborating with various departments and external partners
・Other general duties as required
The role of a concierge involves more than simply providing a set range of services.
It is essential to discern what guests ‘truly desire’ behind their words and to offer suggestions and support that anticipate their expectations.
As such, you will develop strong communication skills, the ability to respond flexibly, information-gathering skills and sound judgement.
≪Qualifications≫
・Experience in a hotel accommodation department (1 year or more)
・Experience in concierge duties is an advantage
・Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
