Director, Finance Operations

This role will provide financial leadership to create and protect value in Americas Region in particular for the US/CA Franchise Operations, Key Accountabilities, Key Metrics.

Your day to day

• Shape and enable the delivery of Americas Franchise strategy through strong financial leadership, partnering with Franchise
• Performance Support Organization to ensure funds and resources are deployed effectively to drive required results
• Enable and help to shape the delivery of Americas Finance strategy through function leadership
• Lead delivery of effective and appropriate support to Americas Franchise to drive improvement in business performance through direct and indirect reports
• Deliver analysis of metrics to shape key business decisions, investments, and strategic projects
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team of Finance Business Partners

What we need from you

• 8-10 years of progressive work-related Hotel operations Finance experience, with preference for operations & franchising experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic change, and challenging & communicating with senior leadership in a complex matrix organization
• Strategic, analytical, and influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of results
• Ability to effectively balance delivery of short term results with stewardship of the business and sustaining longer term competitive advantage

Travel - 10-15% required

Location - this role can be based in any metropolitan US city
