Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring cleanliness, proper organization, and that all equipment and supplies are in working order.

Ensure the bar is fully stocked with beverages, garnishes, glassware, and necessary supplies at all times.

Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Prepare beverages for service staff to serve to guests, ensuring consistency and quality.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service in accordance with resort and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Certified at an advanced level, such as CMS Advanced, CMS Introductory Sommelier Certificate, WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, or equivalent recognized wine certification.

Additional sustainability-related credentials are considered a strong asset.

Comprehensive knowledge of international wine regions, as well as a solid understanding of biodynamic, natural, and modern wine trends.

Proficient in the use of advanced wine service technologies (e.g., Coravin, Enomatic) and experienced in integrating such tools into premium hospitality service.

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams in delivering exceptional service in high-volume, high-standard environments.

Highly articulate and emotionally intelligent, with the confidence and poise to engage with a diverse, global clientele.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is highly advantageous.
