1. Reacts to situations to ensure quests receive prompt attention and personal recoanition throughout the hotel.

3、Supervise and direct assist Reception and Reservations personally.

4、Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.

5、Ensures VlPs and loyalty guests receive special attention.
确保贵宾和忠诚客人获得特别关注。
6、Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VlP quests.
协助宾客关系部进行迎宾、客房安排和送别VIP客人。
7、Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
完全熟悉酒店所有紧急程序。
8、Ensures front line staff complies with FlT marketing techniques and maximize sales.
